Was the first person to move into the building. The original management staff was great. However, when it came time for a renewal, was nickle and dimed and not given my renewal contract until after my original lease expired. The errors are not able to be remedied and as such I am stuck.
The building advertises LEED ratings, but they should not have them. I am a LEED accredited professional and I know for a fact the leaky windows (it is always frigid in my apartment) make it non-compliant.
The hardwood floors scratch VERY easy (literally walking with shoes scratched the floor) and the building will definitely overcharge for that when I leave.
Don't be fooled by all the razzle-dazzle. This company just wants your money and will have no problem sticking it to you to get it. Don't live here. I'm stuck for another year and change. Don't make the same mistake as me.
Update: The management office is dishonest. They will openly lie about the construction next door, and have stopped pets from using the lawn despite the lease allowing for it.

Management are jerks. Everything is by a strict contract and long winded contract, there is even a clause in the contract for "excess holes", I do not know how they intend to prove if one hole in your wall for putting up a photo is too many. Also don't expect to see your wood flooring, have to cover 80% with area rugs at your own expense. Noise leaving apartments to hallway is a bit excessive, walking down the hallway you can hear conversations or TV's.
All cardboard must be thrown out on the first floor garage. So if you use tissue boxes, order a pizza or order online shopping be prepared to take an elevator down to the first floor garage to get rid of your cardboard.
Amenities are nice and the people living in the building are generally nice. They do need a sink near the grill. Maintenance staff is nice, if building was under less strict management would be a nicer building to live. For maintenance, I requested once for them to please take off shoes before entering apartment and every request after I never had to mention.
*Updated* Our water heater had 4 visits, and one visit which was a maintenance to fix a problem of potentially leaking ironically sprung a leak ruining our cleaning supplies that we stored there. Told management on how they "fixed" our water heater and was told curtly to go file an insurance claim with my insurance, thanks Theresa. Also with the water damage noticed how cheaply the flooring was done.
Nice aesthetic finishes, but no substance.
