Riverside Oral Surgery -Jason M. Auerbach, DDS

I had a dental emergency. I was in terrible pain with a fractured tooth. I had originally gone to a clinic who "referred" me to another oral surgeon. That surgeon was only available on Wednesdays. There was no way I could go a week in pain. I looked online and started calling oral surgeons. I didn't have too much luck at first and most of the other offices I called were very abrupt. Luckily, I found Riverside Oral Surgery. From the phone call alone I was relieved and set at ease. The receptionist had such a calm, caring energy I just felt I had found the right office. They got me in that day and Dr. Adam Hershkin took excellent care of me. All the staff were warm and caring with a filled the office with such great energy. Dr. Hershkin has such a gentle nature and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision as to what I should do. He was genuinely concerned for my comfort and making sure he didn't cause me further pain but alleviated it instead. So grateful to this office and this is my dental office for life. I will highly recommend them to everyone looking for treatment.

From the moment I walked into the office, to the preop care, I was more than pleased. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time. My sedative options and procedure were explained in minute detail by Dr. Auerbach, who genuinely cared about my comfort. I get very nervous and am scared about pain and Dr. Auerbach took every precaution not to hurt me and he didn't. My experience was great and so welcoming. He even called me hours after surgery to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed. The staff was all very nice and I highly recommend Riverside.

First and foremost the office atmosphere just blew my mind away. Followed by the amazing staff and nurses. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction,molar extraction and bone grafting with Dr. Hershkin. Omg what a great experience ! Dr. Adam is just fantastic ! He is truly the best doctor ever ! He took time to explain thoroughly everything and was so caring about how scared I was! Came out that day and healed so fast with hardly ANY pain at all! Dr. Auerbach was simply the kindest most patient doctor I have ever had. During my consultation Dr. Auerbach slowly and completely answered my many questions and made sure that I understood everything he had explained. He very clearly respected me by giving me his undivided attention. During my wisdom tooth extraction he was very understanding of my extreme nervousness and continued to be patient with me through the procedure. He was even patient with me during the procedure while I was under anaesthesia! Him and Brianna were both just delightful and unbelievably understanding of me and my needs. I will 100% return for any future work and will also recommend to all my friends and family to go see Dr. Auerbach for any oral procedures.

Thank you Jason for everything. You and your staff treated my daughter and my wife with great care and understanding. Your call to me at home the night of the accident from your home was so appreciated. Your help with the school situation was very much appreciated as well. I am sure that without your help, support and guidance our daughter would have not been able to participate in the spring concert and that would have crushed her almost more than the accident that crushed he jaw bone. I am looking forward to meeting you in a few weeks and thanking you in person. Thanks again for everything. P.S. Calling the school nurse without me even asking was the icing on the cake. :)
