Waiting time is crazy! They're constantly over booking and have patients waiting 45-1:30 minutes waiting out front then call you to the back room to have you wait another 30-45 mins. It's a professional place with unprofessional practices.

The doctors are constantly rotating and you're never sure who you will be seeing. Is it a doctor or physicians assistance or nurse practioner? They have students running the place. After years of coming here, I just can't do it anymore. It's become too busy and too overwhelming. I will be looking for a new pediatrician for my son.

Parking is crazy as well.

The best thing I can say about this place is when you get to meet the Baker doctors. They are the best! I would recommend them in a heart beat! Of course, I haven't seen them in a while because of the constant rotating. I just can't deal with the waiting times.

Pack your patience!

I have mental disorders, and I am usually extremely nervouse with doctors. Nurses tend to make me a little scared as well. The blood work people always are delicate with me. I am so happy with the care I have been receiving there for 2 years. I will continue going because they always make me feel at ease

Riverside Medical group is the BEST doctor group that I have ever visited. The staff are fantastic, always giving personal attention and care with me. Professionalism is one of their advantages over other groups. When you call them you get a person directly in the office who are always a help. The nurse practitioner Mona takes amazing care of my health needs. Originally started coming here 3 years ago under Dr August, who is now in Ridgewood, I will always be coming back.

Very positive experience, needed a new doctor in the area, found this location and gave them a try. Just went back today for a follow up and I am very pleased. Comfortable waiting area, helpful staff, smart and helpful doctors. Was seen fairly quick even as a walk in the second time. I will keep going back here as my general doctor. Again very pleased overall.

Overall great experience, was very helpful to my needs. They took me in without an appointment and i was in and out in 30 mins. Nurse practioner Mona Aboulnaja was very knowledgeable and the M.A that took me into the room was very pleasant and empathetic to my situation. will come back to see Dr. August as well !!!
