Riverside Laundromat

This laundry is over priced and while they charge you for a hot water cycle the water is cold which I told the owner about and he claimed it's the city not having hot water don't insult my intelligence...also the wash cycles are set to finish way to early resultimg in clothes that are not throughly cleaned...one time I put quarters in the machine but it kept getting jammed I ended up overpaying I told the owner and he tried to play dumb but finally only gave me a one quarter refund..I have literally walked in this laundromat and saw a huge puddle of fabric softener that someone spilled and I had to tell the owner to clean up otherwise it would've just stayed there..the only good thing about this place its not crowded and it has enough space.

Washing clothes is o.k , place is clean , but the dry cleaning prices are very high.!!!!

Omg i cannot believe what just happened here! Ive done my laundry here one before and could tell the owners were rude but today i felt like spitting in their disgusting faces! I was coming here to wash a blanket...i ran in got $2 on quarters and realized i had the wrong bag of laundry...i went to my car and searched for the other bag realizing it was home..of course i had to go back home which is only 2 mins away...as im backing my car up the lady owner comes running out like a maniac banging on my window saying i took quarter .... I was so tempted to roll down my window and spit in her old ugly face but i just left.. .i knew if i rolled down my window it wouldnt end good. . ...seriously???? Screaming over $2 in quarters and obviously i didnt steal them i put $2 in the coin machine.. I just cannot believe the nerve of that b@t'h. Definitely wont be returning to these non english speaking immigrants.....hate to say that but it was horrible.....all negative reviews except the five stars from gina b.....hmmmmmmm....i agree with the other reviewer that gina is the owner....

Horrible experience. My suit was broken when dry cleaned here. And the price is sky high, 35 dollars each for winter clothes.
They even use stapler to put tags on my dress!
The guy called Gina posting positive review is their employee at the counter, don't be fooled.

For 5+years I do my family's laundry here. I enjoy doing the laundry when I'm here. The atmosphere, the floors, the machines are clean. Dryers are on point. Machines are always working, drama free, the people that do their laundry there are nice. The owners and the crew that works there are friendly, honest, helpful. I moved to PA and I really missed this place. Thank you for the great service.
