Doormen and manager are suckers. None of them care about your apartment or your packages. They always serve you with attitude no matter how polite you are. Rats and cockroaches are everywhere. Only one laundry in this building which is dirty and miserable. After your lease is over they gonna steal every cent of deposits. Very bad experience.
