I had a wonderful experience with Riverdale Florist. I had an arrangement delivered to a funeral home and it was beautiful! I had made very specific requests, and all of them were met perfectly. I attended the services and was impressed with the size and quality of the arrangement, especially for the price. Riverdale Florist is wonderful to work with, and their flowers are impeccable. I highly recommend!

I was hoping this site was going to help me deliver flowers for this special day of mine. I called the store from Connecticut. I spoke to a Conny. Very nice. Took my order. I waited for the flowers to be delivered. My girlfriend called and said thank you. She loved them. BUTTT the problem is that its NOTHING like the picture of what I wanted. So I called, and made a complaint. Was told they just put in anything that was fresh and figured she would like them I left my number to call for any problems. No one called to ask if I wanted something different. Colors in the WEB3 were pink, red, orange, and yellow. What she got was white and yellow sunflowers. Not a happy customer. Will not use them again. Maybe it was my problem because I did a phone order. But customer service should of kicked in and asked if it was ok to send what they made.
