Prestige Management Company is a new management company for Riverbend. I have lived here for over 10 years. The tenants for the most part are kind but the management company, especially the manager (Ms. McMillan) is a robotic irritant!! Speaks to you in a childish low tone voice & just runs circles around questions that should be bluntly answered! I have not had to deal with someone /anyone like her before since I have lived here. Even the workers speak about her in a disrespectful manner. We are suppose to be a community yet she offers no help & just holds a cold presence about her. The company has a payment website for paying your maintenance but its never correct, hardly ever updated, it tells you when your next payment can be made so you don't have a date option & the office doesn't even know what the website shows because they see something completely different on the system they hv which doesn't help when you are trying to dispute a charge that shouldn't be on your account! I have been dealing with a charge that I was told they would remove since January that they continue each month to tack on more penalties because they haven't removed it. Now 4 months later they want to say they cant remove it & I'm stuck paying $200 for a $50 charge, $150 in penalties! I have personally dropped off proof that the charge is inaccurate (after a useless meeting with Ms McMillan) a week later today I called the ofc since I hadn't heard back from her. Her words were she hasn't even looked at it! Lets just say my husband & I have started to look for another place to raise our family...
