The sales offices are really nice but the sales staff wasn't the most enthusiastic about showing us apartments. The apartments were disappointing with the layouts, so you're really paying for the view and services of the building.

I have lived here since June, 2011. It's a nice place, mostly quiet and more importantly close to the City and Hoboken. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because there is little room for negotiation in rent when it comes time to renew. They sent out the documents for renewal with a date of February 7th and I didn't receive them until March 15th. They are giving me an increase, but I need to renew by March 31st. If I don't the increase doubles. This has left me with little time to search for a new place if I wanted to. To me, it seems like a bait and switch play. I rather not deal with management like that. That being said, I am going to stay for one more year, but this is prompting me to consider my options next year for sure.

Been here for 9 months and think it's great. Perfect for dog owners. The $1200/month we save over Manhattan more than pays for a couple monthly ferry passes, a new car, and a covered parking spot. My favorite part about this place, at least the high rise building, is the walls must be made of concrete, because we have never heard a PEEP from a neighbor (to the side or above). Both maintenance and the leasing office are above average.
My only complaint about this place is the actual address - you have no idea how frustrating it is to spell out "25 Avenue at Port Imperial #XYZ" each time you want to give out your address. It must have been an attempt by the developer to make this place sound upscale, but really it is just a hassle for us residents. Obviously this is a pretty minor complaint, so that tells you something.
