Place is run down and they rip you off. Paid for an apartment 10yrs ago. I can't leave fast enough. Trying to return my problematic apartment but they want to charge to restore it to its original condition. I moved in and the apartment had plain wood floors with no finish, instead they put floor wax on wood. I paid to have the floors done, sanded and a beautiful finish applied. Riverbay said they have to charge me to redo the entire floor. Even the inspector said the floor looked great but that's the policy. They used to give people the option of returning the apartment as is. If a person liked the upgrades they would take it as is. Guess they figured they could rip people off for more money if they no longer gave people the option. Must have decided they could over charge the out going and incoming residence more. Inspector said he has never seen them not charge an outgoing resident, regardless of the condition of the apartment. Save your money and stay away from this pit.
