I resident here since 2002. Since 4 yrs ago, most of time a heater turning off during 12pm ~ 5 or 6pm. This Apartment heating is not so good since 4 yrs. Past 4 yrs I woke up every morning around 5 AM because of a loud radiator banging sound which last about 10 minutes. Sometimes it turns on around 2 AM or 3 AM and makes so much noise and heat won't last long. Sometimes it repeating 3 or 4 times during 11PM to 6 AM. I'm not exaggerating, my room wood floor is shaking when the radiator banging. Everyday. When the radiator starts to banging my heart start to pump faster and stress goes up. I guess it's time to move out.

Maintenance sucks, the office ppl are the rudest bunch that you can meet. The apartments are breaking down. Look elsewhere.

My time at these apartments have been very enjoyable. The few issues we've had have been fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Also they have very reasonable garage prices. Definitely recommend.
