I live here for the pass 3 year n I'm a male 41 years old n have not had no problem with no one I love it I stay to my self I have a beautiful view n i will not change it not even if they give me a apartment in downtown Manhattan I love my apartment n my neighbors there is cameras in every hallway elevator in the lobby and all over like I said I love my apartment and I will not change my apartment even if they giving me an apartment in downtown Manhattan.

Just as bad like the projects, and i used to work there as a security guard and half of the tenants that live there don't appreciate security guards

Very. nice appts. friendly neighborhood they have 3 beautiful pools,the apartments they are roomy with plenty sun light the neighbor's they frendly and quite. we like s a lot.

living here was the worse idea..so what they remodeled!! they all about money!!! WARNING THIS MANAGEMENT GOT THIS THING WHERE THEY SAY THEY AINT RECEIVED THE RENT. MANY PPL GOING THUR IT!!! THEY WILL GIVE U PROOF U PAY!! YET THEY ACT LIKE NOPE IDK WHAT HAPPEN IT MIGHT BE IN ANOTHER PERSON ACCOUNT!! SILLY PPL I SAY! .. TAKE ME TO COURT IMA WIN!!! PROOF IS A MUST! EITHER SOMEONE STEALING OR THEY SCAMMING US TENANTS.. IMA CALL 311 I HAD IT WITH RIVERPARK TOWER..RUN!
