This is a complex of 4 large towers. 40 stories or so each. Low income residents. The city has come a long nway in cleaning up the area. It stands right next to Roberto Clemente Park. During the summer, the massive pool is open. The views of Manhattan are stunning, and especially in the fall, beautiful.
