Good food, with a restaurant side and a bar side depending on your mood. The dinners have been great, but the menu was changed when I went there last. I opted for a bunch of appetizers and they were decent. I preferred the old menu better... The nachos used to be amazing, even delivered which isn't an easy task. I wonder if the menu is just different because I went to the bar side... Will have to see when I go again.

So I walked in and I thought it looked like a cool place. I ordered the sirloin steak thinking it would be good. My waitress brings me a chicken sandwich.
Then I asked her for some coffee and told her to fill it up halfway she fills it to the top I looked at her and asked her were am I suppose to put the milk she said to put up my ass so I walked out. Overall, it was a good chicken sandwich

Wrote this one year ago, and it got better!
We always walk away from Rivara's with a good feeling.
The food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable.
For what you get, it is the best deal around.
The lunches and specials are portioned just right and are reasonably priced.
Great place for a business lunch. Same food and drink elsewhere would cost about twice as much.
Drinks and Food here are done right.
The restaurant is to the left when you walk in, the warm and friendly sports bar is to the right, and the upstairs catering is nice space for a private party. All serve the same great food.
So, if you would like some old school "the customer is always right" and "we want you to be happy" type of service and delicious food then come to Rivara's.

A great bar to go to; warm atmosphere and great people/bartenders. I usually visit Thursday and Sunday nights and just relax.
.
Though I don't eat much, my favorite foods are the pizza and hot wings. The pizza is made to order, usually with any toppings you can think of, and the wings come with celery and quality blue-cheese (just a personal preference, you don't often get rich blue cheese with nice chunks in it). When you're drinking a couple beers, the food is especially good.
.
The bartenders I know; bald Pat, singing Pat and fat Charlie are great guys; really livens a visit when people know your name and are happy to see you again. You don't have to worry about any hair in your food when Pat makes your order, though I suspect Charlie must be eating a pizza here and there to have such a stomach. (I kid)
.
A great place overall.

GREAT RIBS!!! I recently dined at Rivara's Grill house with a group and the particular menu of the day was excellent.
My Friend Lance started with Steak , which was fantastic. My main course was Ribs with a potato, the meat and potatoes done right.!! Dessert was a great!!!!! Fresh berries and vanilla ice cream.
The value for money can't be beat in town and I would happily dine there again. I'm looking forward to their other menu item which sounding great!
