Ritu Saini MD - NYC Midtown Dermatologist 10016 - Dermatologist NYC

The customer service is horrendous as of 11/12/2015. I have had to contact this office for the past two weeks every three days. I was told that Stephanie will get back to me, that did not happen. I was then told to call back and follow up, which I have been doing for the past two weeks. On 11/12/2015, I called the office since I was told to call back. I was told that it has been noted that I am rude, and my service was no longer will be excepted. For the past two weeks of being nice obviously did not pay off because no one got back to me, so finally I expressed my frustrations on 11/12/2015 that I have been waiting so long for a call back, to be told my services will no longer will be excepted, from the Julie the coordinator. I have been an ongoing patient for the past two years frequenting every two months. I have had such a great rapport with the prior staff that I knew them on a first basis, and they new me on first name basis as well.

Dr. Saini was very personable and her bedside manner is excellent.

My visit with Dr. Ritu Saini was quite good. There was little to no waiting time and everyone was quite efficient and pleasant. I feel very confident in all of the people that worked with me and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Good dermatologist. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff i saw was pretty good and moving patients quickly. Dr Saini was kind and informative.
