This place is pitiful, like seriously pitiful! Extortion is illegal and these guys are practicing it out in the open with no issues. Took my 75 year old mother to the cleaners to the tune of $290 for parking in a handicap spot without a tag displayed. It was on the dashboard the whole time off to the side, the poor lady forgot to hang it on the mirror.
The driver threatened her to the point that she was crying hysterical. Told her he was going to have her arrested and if she wanted her car back she had to pay right there, right now or she was going to jail. After she called me I rushed over to her to bring her cash because they refused her credit card and didn't have any cash to give.
Argued with the driver for about 20 minuted to no resolve and finally got the car down. Long story short when I called to try to resolve the issue I spoke with a girl named Jamie who was sooo rude and would not listen to a word I had said when I tried to speak she kept talking over me and eventually hung up on me. When I called back and finally did get a word in she basically said yeah well my drivers know when to tow and if he said there was no tag displayed than too bad you're not getting your money back.
I have filed a complaint with the DCA and the BBB. Hopefully there is justice in our courts. No one should have to pay for someone else's mistake or deal with such stupidity and low class behavior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
