The customer service sucks! I should've asked my insurance not to pay them for the cpap machine. The replacement tubing and mask was very hard to request from them. They don't return calls at all. This company should close down for bad services. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS. Please!

Mis-named! Rite Care doesn't care one bit. No one takes responsibility for screw-ups. Long wait times, no call-backs on voice mail messages, unkept promises to follow-up, etc. They are a perfect business model for rotten customer service.

very bad customer service...... on hold for more than half hour, then when you are able to speak with them, they place you on hold again and disconnect. They don't tell you what they need for DME pickup and make an appointment and never show up. I would give 0 star if possible

This is the most stressful experience I ever had with a medical supply company. I keep getting a run around and they keep lying. I'm waiting 6 months and still didn't get what I needed. No one return calls. Stay away from this company!!

INCOMPETENCE! RUDENESS! Imagine the worst, then put that to the power of infinity...This company is so bad that I am writing this review (I almost never write reviews)!!!
My sleep medicine doctor's office arranged for RITECARE to provide me with a RESMED CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. From day one they were the worst: Did not call when they were supposed to; did not show up when they were supposed to; incomplete instructions; repeatedly being put on hold for unreasonable wait times; repeatedly being disconnected while on hold or while being transferred; not receiving callbacks; exceptional rudeness and rushed manners!!!!!!!!!! Upon describing my experience to my doctors office, the office admitted they also don't get callbacks and get hung up on, and have been terrible to to deal with. They and I are terminating RITECARE!!!!!!!!!!
