Rite Aid Pharmacy

They ask you to leave your bag by the entrance, like you are going to steal something. And they are rude about it.

Use the place a lot as we walk by it to the train station almost everyday. When we pop in the staff is usually very friendly and they almost always have what we need. Used the pharmacist a few times and they could be a little bit more attentive at times to make sure we get the order right. Overall a good clean store that will have what you need.

I wish the pharmacists were more detail oriented. There is no consistency and no follow through. This is the only major chain in South Orange and we deserve better attention to customers. There is also always a long wait and no follow up regarding whether the pharmacist contacted the dr etc. It's no wonder people use mail order pharmacies!~

Everytime I go to this location - my meds have to be ordered. Nucynta, Lyrica and Bausch & Lomb Muro 128 Ointment. It took me 3 weeks just to have the Nucynta ordered. It's now in stock - but since it took 3 weeks for it to be ordered - I couldn't refill it today.

I'm supposed to pick up the Lyrica tomorrow after 1 PM.

I suffer from dry eye so bad that my corneas are ripped open. My doctor ordered 6 refillls and I haven't received 1 prescription yet. So right now - I need the Bausch & Lomb Muro 128 Ointment before my corneas are scratched open again.

I've been told that the real pharmacists have left - and they're are only floaters working (who really don't know what is going on).

So right now - I'm concerned about the Eye ointment. Or can someone refer me to another RITEAID that has the medication readily available.

I'm in the system - so you can look me up and tell me if I should go to another RITEAID that can accomodate me. I know this is just a job to you - but this is my health which is more important.

9/17 /13 I WAS LOCKED INSIDE THIS RITE AID LOCATION!
I blame sloppy management and lazy employees. If there were any closing announcements, they weren't clear enough, and NO ONE even bothered to check the isles for customers before locking up for the night!
The only thing that was doing it's job in the store that evening was the security alarm that alerted the security company of suspicious activity within. If they hadn't called me inside the store, I would not have made it home that night! I didn't have my cell phone with me.
