Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Only 2 cashiers open on a Friday afternoon during rush hour. There is always a line and because the Duane reade closed nearby, you have no choice but to go there! You need at least 4 cashiers to clear the line!

If I could give a big fat 0 star believe me I would! This is the worst pharmacy when it comes to handling your prescriptions.They call you to let you know your meds are ready and when you get there you still have to wait for them to fill the prescriptions. Then they ask me what medications I was picking up? I was frustrated
by the incompetence of what I was being put through. I had all my medications transfer to a different pharmacy that is farther away but it is nice to get my medications every month and not have to go through the nonsense.
