Change management already. Manager is horrible! The store is never organized and very small in size. Standing on long lines in a small space is very uncomfortable. The manager is always standing in the front chatting away while he watches the line. I asked him where a few things are but he seems to busy following customers around the store. Weird their is never anyone on the floor to talk to because he is with them talking or following customers. I only go here if i absolutely have to, otherwise I go to a more customer friendly place. My recent visit here was still surprised that nothing has changed. Make changes. Needs new manager.

The manager named Nour is rude.. He badmouthed customers in line who were frustrated because they were waiting for 20 minutes.. This rite aid is horrible

Selling medicine is not like selling fruits or sandwiches, you need to make sure that the people gets what they need, and since some people may be too shy to ask, you need to walk them to the shelf and help them, and this is something that Rite aid need to improve ASAP!
If you will help someone, and he will feel that he got good service, he will return, and he will recommend you to people, but if all you hear when you ask a pharmacist is go look for it on row #10, and you feel like he is not really trying to help, this is bad, and sad.
