Sometimes I go here and think I will never get out. There could be 4 people in line, and you'll be there for a lifetime. The only reason I go back to this Hotel California of a drugstore is because it's 2 blocks from my apartment.

The WORST customer service.
ALWAYS a long line of customers and one single cashier no matter what time of day or day of the week. Management doesn't seem to care and more intersted in gossiping in Spanish than taking care of customers. I work across the street and this has been an issue for YEARS. The only reason I keep going back is they are literally 150 feet from my office and sometimes you just have to try; Always a fail thougn.

The staff that works in the pharmacy department are incompetent and not properly trained. They need a manager and training in customer service. It's really bad over there.

The store is well stocked but the lines tend to be long at checkout.
Never had a problem with pharmacists - polite, well informed, willing to help.
Sometimes they will refuse to ring merchandise without a pharmacy purchase - that's their prerogative.
This is the only superstore serving the SoHa area - and hte local residents appreciate that.

This is the worst Pharmacy ever!
The Pharmacy customer service (including pharmacists and assistants) is horrible.They are very rude and not competent at all. If you go after 7pm during weekdays, they don't usually attend you, although they should be working until 8pm. Moreover, they tell you to come back next day for your refills and next day they are not ready... incredible! At the end, I have had to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy although this is the closest one because I was worry of having my prescriptions at the correct time.
