- Poor #199130

witnessed employee ( raul semple) being rude and refusing to give credit to customer because he says she had an attitude. in my opinion he was ruder than the customer and disrespectfully argued back with customer refusing to give credit back on her card. customer had to wait until manager edward came in 20 mins later to get credit back. i proceeded to call to inform manager f raul unprofessional behavior and once again he was rude and hung the phone up. now i can see where the unprofessionalism is coming from management down. i will never spend my money there again..REFUSING TO GIVE BACK REFUND FOR ITEM NOT RECEIVED..SMH
