Nobody wants to work! Employees all have attitudes! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you call it is simply terrible, they put you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Never go there. The first time I went, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because it had been mailed to me. When I explained that I never received the package (typical for NYC) and asked for an override, she insisted that she could not give it to me and that I had to call my insurance company and ask them to override it, which was completely false. I think she was just trying to make her own life easier by saving herself the phone call. I will never go back here again.

Glad it is now 24 hours! Has great deals on pet products. Employees are nicer. Store always neat. Wide selection. Despite some things being overpriced could get a lot of your shopping needs out of the way. But, we prefer Bargain Hunters or Phat Alberts for best prices.
