Terrible pharmacy staff, a revolving door of stupidity and forgetfulness. Unfriendly, unhelpful. Fail to call doctor's for refills, fail to call customers when medication is ready, fails to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Go to the next nearest location Broadway and 22nd street.

- Terrible #41082
Everytime I come to this particular location some of the employees seem unfriendly and cold. I only come here cause its a walking distance from my home. Yesterday I walked in and since I had my baby with me I only bought the necessities-- I gal. of milk, 2 cereal, 46 diaper in a long pack and and small ice cream. I ask the lady nicely if she had a big bag to put all of them in instead of me carrying them seperately she coldly said no and not even apologizing. What's worse she only gave me small, flimsy bag for each item including the 1 gallong milk. I had to boldly ask her if I could give me two extra plastic to double them. Again she seem to not care. Coming home I was carrying 3 plastic bags in one hand and a baby on the other in a 12 feet of snow on the ground. Some where not fully plowed. It took me twice as long to get home that day with a cramping arm. I don't understand this Rite Aid is so cheap and uncaring. I come here very rare and wondered why I even come back. I have repeated problems with their prices on food in the past, So I learned to memorize the price before going to the cashier. I say, If you don't like your job--quit, they'll be someone else who will gladly take it! I know if I would have gone to Family Dollars, Dee&Dee, Stop and Shop--they would have given me their biggest bag, given me as many plastic as I wanted without me asking them and treated me as their #1 customer.
