Wow just left pharmacy, worst mistake in getting my prescription here. Dr sent online script around 3pm. And they just had to ordered it at 730pm. Should have went to cvs at pelham bay. Now I have to wait until tomorrow after 1200. I only gave one star, but wish I could give half star instead, because at least their computers were working to receive my script. Took away one star for rite aid to wait four hours to order my script, another for having the guts to say we didnt ordered it, another star for wasting another day to come back, and took away another star for not giving a apology and turn around to say have a nice day, when its good night.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. The lines are always long. But other from the lines, the staff is very friendly and there is a great deal of items and selection. When it comes to the pharmacy it's pretty decent. The staff are helpful and proper in speech in my experience. I love the candy deals even though I should be staying away from candy.

This pharmacy is my go-to-store. Whatever I need, they have it. Professionalism, dedication,and hardwork are some of the many characteristics the employees have.The pharmacy alone stands out completely; the two pharmacists on staff are doing a wonderful job in leading their team to sucess! Thank you RITE AID on bartow!!!

Rite Aid Pharmacy at Bartow Avenue - worst customer service. Closes earlier than hours indicated on the website. Doesn't matter what type of prescription you have, they make you wait between 2 to 3 hours before you can pick it up. Totally unacceptable. With the exeception of one pharmacist, the rest have a "well, whatever" attitude.
