Loved to work as a security guard with such a wonderful staff

I've visited this location for quite sometime. I was very happy when they became a 24 hr location a few years back. Recently, my niece had an incident were she got her phone stolen when she was paying. She placed it in the counter, walked out thru the first set of doors, as soon as she realize she doesn't have the phone and she came back to the cashier, the phone was gone. It could've been the next person standing in line or could've been the girl attending the cash register. I came a few hours back with her to speak to a manager and they were all acting unwilling to help, weird, and defensive. I asked to see the tapes, they explained that it's private property (I understand), but they said "that they saw the tapes" and "that nothing was left on the counter" but that it was a blind spot. My information was taken and said that it would be passed to another supervisor who could go over about the tapes again with me. Nothing. I knew the phone was never going to be found. But because they were so unwilling to assist in this situation and their defensive behavior with the matter, I will conclude that they were helping each other out on this.

Will never enter on this location again. Watch your valuables on the counter.

Know I understand why one of the girls behind the register once was trying to play me by saying that I gave her a 10$ when I gave her a 20$ when she return my change...

I am content overall with the store. BUT... Some of their staff is a disappointment. Rushing ppl for no reason. And the photo center NEVER WORKS!

In the pharmacy section especially. wonderful staff
