Great service knowledgeable staff. They were great getting everything installed quick and were so helpful with any question I had. They are all about the coustomer. I was looking into changing my front trackbar and they advised me to hold off on installing my track bar untill I upgrade the trackbar bracket. The shop was clean and in great condition

After sales service via e mail is virtually non existent. Contacted them two weeks ago, no reply, e mailed and phoned one week ago, empty promises. Still waiting for a reply, vehicle now stuck in the shop for almost 3 weeks,and it's the weekend again. No sense of urgency at all exhibited by RIPP.

bought a kit from them a couple months ago for my TJ, great customer service, spent time answering my questions, would recommend them to anyone!

RIPP does NOT back their products. Bought and had a supercharger kit installed... not even 3 days later the car started stalling out... so i called RIPP up and all they can tell me is they dont sell the kit anymore and cant help me.... 4 shops later i still have the problem and all im told is i have to contact ripp because their electronics are the problem... only buy from them if you want to waste $5000.

very rude, there name should be rippoff...every1 i have talked to say they ripp them off im surprised there still in bussiness...worst shop ever!!!
