- Terrible #184784

I am sure Dr. Williams is an excellent surgeon, but A BIG FAT 0 STARS for poor service and customer care before I even went. The extremely nasty receptionist has 0 people skills and I am not even sure how she was hired for this line of work. Needless to say, I am taking my shoulder to be looked at elsewhere. I hope that anyone who does to decide to go to Dr. Williams doesnt have the same phone experience I did.

great doctor takes his time to answer all your questions. explains everything in depth, office staff is also excellent.
