I was referred to them by a friend and my nike free's we're getting a bit old. I went into the store because I wanted to take running more seriously and figured this was the next logical step. The staff was very friendly and a young girl evaluated my gait in about 3 seconds of me at a 4.5 on a treadmill which is just about power walking pace. She seemed confident in her diagnosis of slight over pronation and suggested a mild stability shoe. I told her what shoe I have been running with and she never mentioned that the toe drop on the new shoe was almost a 4 millimeter difference Again I'm not a pro runner so I was unaware that this difference can lead to injuries like strains shin splints and even stress fractures. After running on them for aprox 10 runs I was dealing with mild pain everytine I ran. I figured it was a break in. I was told by the same friend that I should call up and see if they would exchange them. I had the receipt but no box. Shoes were in near brand new condition also. I spoke to a person on the phone and I told them that they were over the 30 days and I didn't have the box and he told me that it should be good for store credit. I had the shoes for a total of 43 days so 13 days over the money back guarantee. I came in the day after I spoke on the phone and to my delight the guy that I spoke to was there and figured I was good to go. However the assistant manager immediately said no.... I then explained to him that I needed a shoe with the same toe drop as my old and didn't want money back just an exchange he told me go get fit for a new pair and we'll work something out. Again thought I was good to go. So I got fitted for something comparable. When I went to pay the kid that helped me went to put the other shoes I tried away and returned without any managers and told me that there was no exchange no credit of any sort but still expected a sale. If it was 13 days earlier with the exact same wear, which again was minimal (whole shoe looks brand new and a little bit of dirt on the bottom tread like you would see if you wear shoes like twice)they would have refunded me promptly. I think it was cowardly of a manager not to even be present while totally disappointing a customer that was looking for a store to return to. The staff is good but the management is obviously not concerned about satisfaction and or return customers. To be honest a 50 dollar credit for 115 dollar shoes would have been sufficient toward another pair of 120 dollar shoes. So my review is horrible they obviously have enough customers that they don't need new ones. And if your going to be an a*#hole at least be man enough to do it yourself not your 16 year old employees. I will be bringing my business somewhere else.

A really nice running store with a good selection and helpful staff. They have everything the runner needs from shoes to clothes to energy bars. Prices are pretty fair though high on the brand stuff. The staff is very helpful and helped me with a gait analysis and picking out a great pair of shoes for my runs. Seems like the kind if place where they would get to know you quickly and help you find runs in the area.
