Chris (owner) would not honor our discount from a previous order mix up. He was extremely rude and refused to even deliver to us after we decided to not use our due discount on that order. We used to order several times a month, but this owner is awful. We will never give them our business again after this treatment. I should mention the discount was a matter of cents for 2 pieces of bacon. Sad.

I order delivery from them every now and then. The combo sampler (buffalo wings, chicken breasts, mozarella sticks and fries/onion rings) are good. It's diner/bbq/watching football games type-food and the quality has been consistent. Beats eating chinese take-out every night.

Like about it ? NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM RIDGEWOOD EATS. DELIVERY DRIVERS ALL YOUNG AND IN A RUSH TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER BY THE TIME IT GETS TO YOU, YOUR FOODS LEAKING OUT OF BAG (fettuccine chicken alfredo) in my case ! CHICKEN UNDERCOOKED ! F RIDGEWOOD EATS ! NEVER AGAIN ABSOLUTELY HATE IT ! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT FROM HERE !

Customer services sucks. I ordered chicken fingers. The breading on the outside was burnt and it looked really bad. The inside was uncooked. Had shrimp scampi, also an epic fail. No flavor no tomatos in the dish and the bread was a butter roll... Toasted... No garlic... no butter... nothing. No passion. Never again.
