One of the worst rental apartment companies:
• You have to put a request in maintenance box kept in laundry room. No standard time for satisfying the maintenance request.
• For routine maintenance request like clogged drains etc you get a notice that the next maintenance will be charged for.
• No parking rules enforced. Cars parked at turns which are in blind spot creating a potentially hazardous condition.
• No attention to regular maintenance requirements like house painting or door stopper at the main door.
• Rude personnel who have no professional courtesy while talking.
