Ridgefield Cleaning Center

My wife got her sweaters back with holes in them. One of them was brand new. That same old guy says that it was moth. We will be filing a lawsuit!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The old guy that runs the place is really rude. There was a suit jacket that was registered under my number. I'm like "I apologize, but that's not mine". He got all pissed off because I wouldn't take it, LOL! I'm sorry that your organizational skills are terrible? I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm not going to take something that's not mine because you're mad... boo-hoo!

My wife dropped off her clothes to have them dry cleaned and they LOST her brand new pants. OK, forget that they are brand new and sure, it happens but what's up with their customer service?

When asked what they can do, the old guy that runs this place gives her an attitude and says "so what? Look for it at home. They may turn up."! Unbelievable!

It's one thing to make a mistake but another to give you attitude and blame the customer for their mistake.

Stay away from this place. It may be a dry cleaner but it wreaks of customer service!

Will also be filing a complaint with BBB.
