DO NOT TRUST RICO.
He lied to me on delivery time frame and description of product. 8 weeks transformed into 14 weeks. Instead of apologies I was sent to the terms of the contract.

The negative reviews here really baffle me. Many of them seem to be displeased with the prices, some aren't interested in the owner's personal taste. Just odd. For me Rico's is a wonderful place to get amazing bargins. I have bought several clearance pieces at substantial discounts. Delivery has never ever been an issue. For those who don't care for Rico's personal taste: you do realize you can modify anything he has on the floor, right? For those unhappy with the prices: well, if $$ is more important to you than quality or ability to live something for a long time, then perhaps West Elm or IKEA is more your speed. Rico represents pretty amazing lines (American Leather being the top sleeper manfacturer in the US). If you are in the ABC type market, then Rico is for you. If you are in the IKEA market, well go to IKEA!

I purchased 6 dining chairs here Every one who comes over not only gasps at the simple beauty of them but they are also very comfortable. (I tend to have long 3 course dinners).
Rico's style is flexible and pleasing to everyone whether it be lighting,furniture or accent pieces. I disagree with the customer service comment

They have nice stuff but their customer service is lacking. I can look at what they have but have decided I will never give them another cent.

The store may be beautiful but try actually getting your product delivered. I was supposed to have something delivered for the past 5 hours and still have not received it- of course they are not open and there is no information available to find out how to get my product that is now paid in full and has not arrived. V poor service for a high end store.
