Never going anywhere else for my Halloween needs again! Staff was great, and they had everything that I needed!

Went to the one on 22nd (closing soon, thank god) and the items there were not only way overpriced but the service was total crap-- there was a line and none of the associates SPOKE so the customers were confused as to who to go to and all the associates did were just stare at their counters instead of saying anything like "Next guest please". You don't even need training for that- just go to Trader Joes and see how they do it. The one associate I went up to simply said "I'm going to break" and turned away from me so I went to the register next to her. Bought several things and wasn't even offered a bag until I asked. Order from amazon for anything to do with Halloween costumes, seriously. Or go to Abracadabra, which has at least super friendly/attentive people.

They really go out of their way to help. I go there every year during parade season and I've never been disappointed by how they'll help you esp with creating a costume.
