Bill is a great guy to work with. The shop does a great repair job and works with your insurance. This is the only auto body shop I use.

I HAVE USED THEM TWICE IN THE PAST WITH AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES. MY 2008 NISSAN PATHFINDER WAS PARTIALLY CRUSHED BY A GIANT MILLING MACHINE AND NEEDED OVER $12,000.00 OF WORK TO BRING IT BACK TO PRE ACCIDENT CONDITION... I WALKED PAST MY CAR AT THE SHOP WHILE IT WAS BEING WORKED ON AND DID NOT RECOGNIZE IT WHILE ALL THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. THEY STRIPPED ALL THE SKIN OFF TO THE FRAME.... I FIGURED THE CAR WOULD HAVE COMPLICATIONS AFTER THE REPAIR LIKE A LEAKY ROOF, MISALIGNED FENDERS, BUMPER AND HOOD. TO DATE ALMOST 3 YEARS LATER AFTER THE ACCIDENT AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THERE ARE NO CREAKS OR SQUEAKS COMING FROM THE DASH THE PAINT IS STILL SHINY AND THE CARS LOOKS AND RUNS GREAT.

I WOULD DEFINEATELY RETURN TO RICKS AUTO BODY (SHOULD ANOTHER MACHINE SQUASH MY CAR) AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FREINDS AND FAMILY. THEY WORK HARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE RELIABLE AND HONEST.

I have been going to Ricks for years and have always recieved wonderful service, profession staff and well trained body mechanics. I have never had to complain about any of the jobs they have done for me and they have done many. I dont have the best luck with cars.

I still have my 1996 Toyota Camry getting fixed after an accident. They promise to fix all the small defects in the car. The response they give everytime I call is great. I havent got my car yet completely done, but these guys are trust worthy for the quality of the work...;)

I got my 1999 nissan altima side view mirror fixed from painting to fixing. It was quick and very cost effective. The staff is friendly and responsive.
