Don't bother calling. They are a complete waste of time. The dispatcher couldn't figure out where the address was after being given the street and the two cross avenues. Then he claimed he got the address and repeated it to me incorrectly. Finally, he got it right and said the truck would be there in a half hour. When I hung up, I felt like the truck would never show. I was right. After 2.5 hours, I called another tow company rather than deal with that dispatcher again. The person giving this place 5 stars was proabably the dispatcher. I can tell by the spelling of "Grate".

Absolutely terrible. Crooks. Arranged a tow, they showed up, but when I thought he was going to load his truck, he got in the cab and drove off! I called the dispatcher who saw our number and let it go to voicemail, when I eventually got through on another number, they pretended they weren't a tow company and didn't know what I was talking about even though the dispatcher (with a distinctly recognizable voice and accent) was clearly the same person I had spoken to arrange the tow. Left us stranded on the road for hours, at the point it was much later and took us much longer to find another tow company.
Do not trust these guys!!
