Excellent service. We only needed one tube of dimension tub and tile caulk in Amber, and Richmond Tile and Bath was the only place that we could find it. The shipping was crazy, but then the customer chat rep popped up asking if I needed help, no, I already made my purchase but the shipping was crazy and he managed to get my shipment of one tube of caulk reduced by 10.00 and expedited the shipping time. Now that is customer service because I will be back to shop and for more than one tube of caulk. Thank you Richmond Tile and Bath!

My husband and I remodeled two bathrooms last summer. We spent countless hours in the showroom, selecting and reviewing our options. Always challenging when doing a project that will have a long lasting impact on your life. I can only say that the experience with the staff at Richmond Tile, from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional! Everyone is so helpful. Its a pleasant atmosphere and all the staff from management, warehouse, delivery, front desk, and of course our designer were exceptional. This was not our first encounter with Richmond Tile, and because their standards are what they are, I hope it won't be our last. Great having a store of this caliber on Staten Island. Would recommend without hesitation.
