I don't know. I don't find the staff too friendly. I went there about a year or so ago a couple of times and haven't been back yet since I've been okay but I've experienced attitude. The doctor is very nice though.

This is such a great office. The staff, the dentist are all terrific and friendly. The office is super clean and they have the latest equipment. The dentist is uber professional and I appreciate that coming from a dentist that talked about his personal problems the entire time he worked on me. I highly recommend this dentist.

Beautiful office with state of the art equipment. Very friendly and courteous staff and Dr. Cisternas is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process of work being performed. Above all, he is very gentle on the teeth and gums. Thanks!!!

Never would I have thought that I would actually look forward to going to the Dentist's office. However, the quality of service, and the exceptional friendliness of the staff is something that I keep going back for. Every time I step into the office, I am greeted with a friendly smile and am promptly seated in the dentist's chair. There is virtually no wait! The services offered at Richmond Hill Dental Design are unmatched and I recommend them to anyone I meet. Do yourself a favor and try this studio once, and I can guarantee that you will keep coming back every time.

Absolutely love the office. The doctor and the staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answer all your questions and they don't use all that medical jargon. They are so good with the kids, too. My daughters are 5 and 8 and they both love the doctor. So much better than the pediatric dentist we went to before. The best part, dr Cisternas is always on time, the longest I ever had to wait was 10 min. My whole family goes there including my mother-in-law, and my aunt's family. Highly recommend to everyone.
