Got there early, and they were very accommodating. Got us into our room early. The bar was open late, so we stayed out for quite a while. The fireplace in the lounge was burning all day and all night, so it made it a bit warm there, but bearable.

We could not have found a more perfect venue for our wedding reception! We were married in August 2015 at the Richfield Regency, just 2 months after booking the venue. We looked at 5 or 6 venues and the Richfield was the most impressive in terms of what they offered and the price they were able to provide us with. We had about 125 guests, and they all raved to us for days after the wedding about the service, the venue, and especially the food!! We heard over and over again that this was the best wedding and the best wedding food by far when compared to other weddings guests had attended! Trish was the coordinator/manager (not sure of her exact title) and she was absolutely phenomenal!! So patient and easygoing, and made us feel welcomed every time we visited the venue! She remembered my children's names, made amazing menu suggestions for cocktail hour (since the cocktail hour food is not part of the tasting), and even made suggestions that helped us stick to our budget. We also had the Viennese table, and our guests were so impressed with it that they barely ate our wedding cake (which was included in the price and delicious!). Some of the concerns we thought we would have had were that there was limited outdoor space, and they don't do a formal tasting of the menu selections (instead, they prepare the food, you pick it up and eat it at home). If those are concerns for you, I urge you to look past them!! In the grand scheme of things, who cares where you eat the food at. And as far as outdoor space, we took pics at Verona Park prior to the reception, and our guests had no complaints about there not being a ton of outdoor space. They were too busy enjoying the DJ. Besides, you can't control the weather, and I always had reservations about paying more for a venue for the outdoor space availability and then the weather prevents you from using it. The only other concern we had was with the final payment; they rounded the gratuity up. I'm a CPA, so I calculate everything down to the penny. I was not comfortable with this, but by the end of the night, I was sure that they deserved well over the extra money! I just think they should either (a) update the contract, or (b) let the bride and groom determine what additional gratuity they pay in addition to the 20% service charge and 5% gratuity for the maitre'd.
I can't wait to either have another event there or be invited as a guest so that I can really enjoy all of cocktail hour, dinner and dessert while NOT being in a super tight and heavy wedding dress. If I could've given more than 5 stars, I would have!

This place is amazing. I had my daughter's sweet 16 and the managers name was Trish and she did an amazing job to make sure everything that day went well and decorated beautifully.

We just had our daughter's bat mitzvah party celebration at the Richfield Regency (June, 2014). Not only was the food exquisite (Kosher dairy), but the professionalism of the management and staff and the cleanliness of the facility was top shelf. We all had a wonderful time! Hats off to Trish and Jude and their fantastic staff.
They also catered the Kiddush luncheon at our synagogue - plenty of food and was it delicious!
