The staff of Richair were very attentive to our needs and took their time to ensure each system was installed in the best location to cool our rooms. If I was not home one of the days I also would not have known they were in my house because they were so clean. This was a very different experience than I have had with other contractors. I would recommend them to anyone.

I installed the system two years ago and it is working perfectly. Richair Comfort Solutions has a great team and experience with the Mitsubishi dock-less air conditioner system. I’m happy that I choose this installer because they have great technical support and maintenance. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor, who is happy as well.

I really liked the professional service provided by RichAir. Peter spent good amount of time in explaining and providing a decent estimate. It cost us $15,000 plus for a 42,000 BTU outside unit and 5 indoor air conditioners / heaters. The gentlemen (Alex and Pavlo) who installed the system were very professional too. Installation was completed in 3 days. On the 4th day another gentleman Kaseem came in and gave us instructions for operating the units.
I have not started using the units yet. But, as far the project is concerned, I had a good experience overall.

The technician came and diagnosed the problem with our roof top HVAC unit in less than 5 minutes. He installed a new fan belt, changed the thermostat and serviced the unit. The appointments were all on-time and the explanations were clear. RichAir provided very good service - Thanks.
