A half hour to get our drinks and an hour to get our food- and all we ordered was a kid's steak and spicy chicken tenders with two basic drinks. The steak was burnt and the tenders were small and over-cooked. $50 later we won't be back- bad service and bad food. Shame, we used to come here more than a year ago and it was decent, seems to be going downhill.

I've been hesitant about going to Ricalton's and finally went for a quick dinner. First when walking in, there was no one to seat us. we sat at a bar table and no one came over. then we walked back to the podium and finally a waitress sat us. I saw on their menu that they had burrata and tomatoes, which is one of my favorite things, so I ordered that with lobster rolls.

a regular caprese (mozzarella and tomato) salad came out and I pointed out that it wasn't what I had ordered. the waiter checked with the kitchen and returned to say that the burrata is no longer on the menu. then the lobster rolls came and I do not recommend them. there was a small amount of lobster laying on top of a lettuce filled roll. the worst lobster roll i've ever had.

I have to say that the waitress and waiter were very nice and apologized, but don't think i will return.

I came here for a party and the food was amazing especially the RIBS. I bragged about this place and referred so many people to try their amazing ribs. I went there with a friend today and the ribs were disgusting! They tasted like boiled ribs with hot sauce on them . I spoke to the manager which was a female and she was rude . Telling me how much she enjoyed the food which I didn't care about . She didn't apologize about the bad experience I had and seemed arrogant. The manager told me they had a new cook but even if you have a new cook the food should be CONSISTENT. The mashed potatoes looked like they came out of a box. The ribs were gross . The tables were sticky and the place was poorly managed . I had to put one star up inorder for the review to go through but I actually think this place deserves 0 stars . . DO NOT EAT HERE .

Never coming here again. The hours posted say they open at 10am. Showed up with the wife and kids at 10:30. They sat us down, and about 10:50 the waitress informed us they don't open till 11. She took our orders at 11:05. At 11:20 she brought one of the two coffees we ordered, then she disappeared. At 11:50 after not seeing her or receiving our food, we walked out. I guess they figure they need to one-up the Gaslight in who can have the worst service?

Just went there for the first time on a Friday night. We really enjoyed the decor and atmosphere. Our waiter was great as well. There was a live guitarist in one part of the restaurant that we could hear but wasn't too loud. The beer selection was somewhat small as were the options on the menu. That said, what we did have was delicious. I had the short rib and my wife had the pork shank. Delicious. The prices were a little steep but not so bad that we won't come back. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out.
