Rheumatology Consultants LLP: Chung Serina T MD

I went to see Dr Chung in April of 2015. The staff was unfriendly and had me waiting for hours past my appointment time. Once I was able to see Dr Chung, she was no different than her staff. She finally agreed, after I told her that my right shoulder was giving me terrible pain. I work in an emergency room at a NY hospital and push patients around all day. I was sent to Doshi Diagnostic for an MRI on April 29, 2015. My follow-up visit to Dr Chung on June 5, 2015, was terrible. I started out at 10:00am and again her staff was unfriendly and had me waiting for hours. I finally got feed up and left her office without any satisfaction or got to see Dr Chung. I would never refer anyone to this horrible facility that should be shut down.
