This is the absolute worst facility. The front desk staff is not very helpful AT ALL.. I am supposed to go for an infusion once a month with Sheryl, who is GREAT, but every time I call to make an appointment I'm told they have no openings and to call back to see if they have a cancelation.... Are you kidding me? I wish I had time to sit here and list every single problem I've had but not even worth it! Sheryl gets 5 stars as for the rest definitely no stars.

This has abosolutely been the most helpful Rheumatology facility I have been to. I have gotten incredible results with my pain and the office is a complete joy, not the usual impatient, unpleasant personnel, but friendly and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Silverberg and staff!
