JOEL THE HACK ARTIST , GOT THE JOB BY UNDERBIDDING , THEN LEFT HALFWAY WHEN REALIZED IT WAS TOO LOW , OFFERED HIM MORE MONEY BUT SEEMS HE WAS ON TO THE NEXT JOB ALREADY , HAD TO REPAY SOMEONE NOT ONLY TO FINISH BUT TO TAKE OFF HIS WORK AND THEN REDO IT AGAIN
