I have been a customer for many years and honestly very disappointed, horrible customer service. My packages have gone missing a lot of times, first I though that maybe they are getting lost .. till one day while picking up my merchandise they hid two boxes right in front of my eyes and when bringing it to a fact, they gave them back to me. I have a contract with them, and on top of paying them monthly, the mean lady keeps asking me and my colleges to give her money as tips for having the boxes. In a day I get up to 3 phone calls to pick my boxes up because she does not want to keep them till the end of the day. HORRIBLE!
