I recently tried cryotherapy at Revive. My body was sore from a 14 mile run the day before. After filling out a short intake form I changed and entered a chamber with -265F. To my surprise it felt good, no pain, stinging or frostbites. After a few minutes my body was pain free ! The place is very nice and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended :)

I had such an amazing experience at Revive Body Mind. I never knew cryotherapy could be so helpful! The owner, Justyna Debski, was so helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back several times!!
