My bf just had a hernia surgery and he can't work out for a while, he was told he can't cancel the contract without paperwork. He called earlier and he clerk a blonde girl told him the manager was busy that he was gonna call him back, they didn't. My bf had to go there to ask for the manager and he was gone already the same clerk told him that my bf needed to make a appointment before ( why she didn't tel him before). If you sign up to this place make sure this people don't trick you about canceling the program at ur request anytime you desire, obviously for my bf that is a joke

Front desk staff is simply RUDE and unhelpful. They simply don't care about customers. Gym equipment is dirty and outdated. Treadmill screens never works, sanitizing wipes box empty and when you ask them to refill it they seem to be bothered by your request. Daycare area has no lock or gate on door, kids can just walk out!!??! I Do Not recommend them at all.

Great gym! Lots of great machines + free weights, clean, and always a great workout. Retros are great gyms.

Been with this gym since it opened. People are very nice, equipment is decent (unless working TVs on treadmills are important to you. And one of the 70 pound dumbells weighs about 67.5 at this point - the rubber is coming off in large pieces). Lately its gotten a little shabby, especially in mens locker room. They cut the locker room in half, presumably to make a kickboxing room which never manifested. So the lockers that were in that past of the room are now sitting in the former hallway and in the shower room, which is kinda nasty. There is virtually no where to sit in the locker room. If there are 5 guys in the locker room, its too crowded. People shake their heads and cant believe this could be permanent, but it seems that way.
I will continue to go bc its so convenient and has everything i need, but the locker situation is really unbelievable and can get you riled up if you let it. Oh, and shower head has been missing for about 4 months, so cant be used. Its been reported. Its a 15 dollar fix, come on, bro.

A little small, but not usually too crowded.
