After fracturing my leg, I was looking for alternative mobility options. I found the product that I wanted on Amazon, and ordered it through a third-party seller. After waiting three days (and when you're waiting for a mobility product, this is a LONG TIME!) I received a message saying that my order could not be filled until a month later. I cancelled this order, and immediately searched for a different seller. I found Respro, and instead of going through Amazon, went directly to their website. I called their local number and got through to someone immediately. I asked if the product was in stock, and they were immediately able to confirm that it was, and even answered a few product questions for me. Within 15 min of placing my order online, I received a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. Not just an order confirmation, but a confirmation that it was shipped, and it contained all of the FedEx tracking information. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with Respro Medical and their response time. I would highly recommend their services.
