did a surprise visit to check on my cousin who is suffering from M.S.
Her bed was soaked in urine and fecies. the fecies so dryed up that it had been there for days.
the staff denied neglect and were very rude.
This is my second visit where I was not pleased.
I noticed my cousin was wearing 2 diapers and a towel in between the diapers.
