Replay Bar & Grill

I go to replay a lot, it's close to where i live.
It's very nice, relaxing not to loud and crazy. Food is awesome, the people there are nice.
Its just a mellow spot. 2 Thumbs up.

OMG! I placed a order over the phone, and when asked to repeat my order, the person repeated the wrong thing. So i kindly said, that is not what i asked for. He gets all loud with me, and hangs up the phone. Well when i get to replay i asked to speak to the manager, who in the middle of me telling him my phone experience cuts me off and say "oh well" are you going to place an order. I said excuse me i see why your staff is so unprofessional, just look at the management. He tells me it was he who took my order over the phone , tells me he apologize and would i now like to order. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. This manager was so rude to me. I told him that i wanted my food still, he then makes me wait another 10 minutes plus the 10 minutes that he said it would take when i called in. of course i didn't really want the food at this point. i am no ones dummy, he could have been in the back spitting in it for all i know. He had the nerve to come out as if nothing ever happen telling me it was going to be another 5 minutes. I can't believe this is what customer services has become. His breath smelled as if he had been a customer at the bar instead of being the manager of the bar. Once they made my food, i told the manager he could go eat it. I wouldn't recommend going to this place. This is the type of service you get when you hire high school drop outs, that are also drunks

Best seating I've seen in a sports bar. Always a TV in sight. Food is.... AWESOME!!! And ask for the John Adams, hahaaa!

Replays service was excellent but cant make up for over priced food and bad management. On top of which they scam you on drink prices . A drink, 10 bucks and if u want a shot thats another 10. Pay close attention to what they give you . I payed for a kenwood cab and was given house wine and to make matters worse I saw the management order an employee to pour a glass of wine back in the bottle after is was sipped on. If liquor costs are so high find other means of saving money. And next time not in front of customers. Def not the place for me.
