I used this shop to fix a scratched rim, the first people I worked with were a pleasure as I was told to expect by the people who recomended me, as was the front desk. It went south when I came back at night to pick up the rim and relized I had never recieved the key back for the rim in my hand. I had to search the car looking for the key like an idiot in the shop because they said they leave it on the dashboard sometimes. I was never given the key back. They kept offering to break the lock for an additional charge. I spoke with the manager Sean who could care less and was rude. I left with the rim/tire in my trunk and now will spend much more money to replace the lock and get the tire on properly elsewhere. I dont think they took or misplaced my key on purpose, but the staff handled this situation with little class and made me leave with a real sour taste. I wish them the best, I have no future plans in using this business.

Firstly, I found Repair on wheels through an online search. There were a lot of good things about the entire experience. I came in due to a broken motor on the window. The problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes. The next 15 minutes were waiting for the parts to arrive from the nearby warehouse. Lastly the next 30 minutes was dedicated to the installation. As promised in the beginning, I was out within an hour and was able to attend all previously planned activities. The customer service was great and I highly recommend.

I arrived with a problem with my tire sensors. After multiple attempts to fix it, they let me know I had to replace the computer system. I left the shop with lighter pockets (approx $1000.00) and the problem returned the next day. Upon the recomendation of a friend, I went to a different mechanic. He lifted the car and showed me that the rear wheels were not turning. In essence, they were dragging with the front wheels (its a front drive). He showed me that the tires are worn out in one particular spot. In short, it was relatively cheap to fix and we replaced all four tires. Problem resolved. I do not know whether repair on wheels (Russel and his crew) were knowingly misleading me or it was gross incompetency. Regardless, it was a horrible and expensive experience.

I have been to Repairs On Wheels for oil changes, inspections, new tires, rotations, wiper replacements basic electrical repairs and much more. They work quickly, are transparent about your vehicles needs and repair costs and are very easy to work with. During my first visit, in May 2014, they repaired a crank shaft sensor that was damaged by hungry squirrels. The mechanic explained exactly what was involved in the repair and how to prevent the critters from coming back for seconds. I saved hundreds of dollars over the dealers repair estimate and had the car back in under two hours. More recently I had them replace my tires and they matched the crazy good price I found on Amazon so I would not have to worry about shipping. The search is over. I have found my go to auto shop!
